Super Goal Sunday!!

Goals for the week:

1. Stay in calorie range.

2. Walk 5 times this week.

3. Don’t weigh myself until weigh in day (Saturday).

I’m going to Frank Lloyd Wrights tour in Oak Park! It’s beautiful out. I can’t wait to see it!

Thumbs Up Thursday!
The other pic I tried to take featured me looking like a total creeper, in this one I appear bored and like I may not be wearing a shirt but I assure you I am not bored and I AM wearing a tank top. 
As promised, some weight loss goal setting!
Total weight I want to lose: 100 lbs.
First short goal: 10 lbs.
First percentage goal: 25 lbs.
First “milestone” goal: 55 lbs. 
So, when I post weight from now on, it will be like this:
Goal: 100 lbs. lost
Weight: - x lbs. (or + :( )
To go: x lbs.
These goals are all important to me and I think I will do rewards for each of them. I think having the short go will give me something to strive for while keeping my eye on the prize. Any ideas for rewards? I don’t know to insert an ask me anything into this, I will try on a subsequent post. 

I like this post and this picture makes me smirk. One suggestion - a carriage ride!

Excellent suggestion with the carriage ride! Some do life shorts could be another one? Yay for making goals. Baby steps to the big goal is the way to go :) sorry that sounds so corny lol

Just got back from a walk outside by MYSELF! Let me just say this never ever happens. For some reason I hate walking in the suburbs (but love walking in the city i.e. Kelli & Kristin neighborhoods). But I’m trying to be more open and do different things which is baby steps I guess but actually took a walk in the burbs for an hour. This is lovely St. Stephens. The sky was so pretty but it needed a backdrop!! Ignore the dead grass. Now I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Yippee!!

Just got back from a walk outside by MYSELF! Let me just say this never ever happens. For some reason I hate walking in the suburbs (but love walking in the city i.e. Kelli & Kristin neighborhoods). But I’m trying to be more open and do different things which is baby steps I guess but actually took a walk in the burbs for an hour. This is lovely St. Stephens. Southpaw is fabulous. He’s getting used to his new surroundings! We’re just chilling watching NCIS :)
Hmmm that would be an awesome birthday gift!!! Could I request royal instead of red? Now I’m being demanding lol. I really do love those shorts and the little stick girl!
On a side note I walked for an hour today and I can honestly feel a shift in my mentality. It’s so weird that moving can make you feel better but it does. That blog by 125 is very true! I’m trying to really embrace a healthier me for my 30 th Birthday!

I concur.  I am really stressed by work right now (still working) and all I can think of is that I wish I had run this morning!  If someone were to get those shirts for your birthday, what size should I tell them to get?

Hmmm probably medium? There isn’t a size chart :(

Managed to get a nerdy, can’t look away from phone tut photo in a bathroom tonight.  Pretty much only time this trip I’ve seen myself from below the chest (less than desirable mirror situations in accommodations). I thought I’d look huge after this week of more lax eating but was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up for flattering mirror.

I must say you also look tall and your hair looks cute!
